This is your agreement between Whitney Watkins Photography and yourself for your upcoming celebration. Please carefully read this agreement and submit when finished. This Agreement is made effective for all purposes in all respects as of (DATE OF SERVICE) by and between WHITNEY WATKINS PHOTOGRAPHY and (NAME OF CLIENT) relating to the event(s) detailed below:

UP TO 2 HOURS OF SERVICE - UP TO 50 ENHANCED IMAGES - ONLINE GALLERY - DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - 1 HOUR SESSION WITH BRIDE AND GROOM, ONE FAMILY PHOTO WITH BOTH PARTIES, ONE BRIDAL PARTY PHOTO AND DETAILED PICTURES OF PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE.
ESSENTIAL COLLECTION: $650
UP TO 3.5 HOURS OF SERVICE -100 ENHANCED IMAGES - ONLINE GALLERY - DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
PHOTOS INCUDE: CEREMONY, GROOM AND BRIDAL, BRIDAL PARTY AND FAMILY AND DETAILED PICTURES OF PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE.
ROMANTIC COLLECTION: $800
UP TO 5 HOURS OF SERVICE - 150 ENHANCED IMAGES - ONLINE GALLERY- DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
PHOTOS INCLUDE: FIRST LOOK, CEREMONY, GROOM AND BRIDE, BRIDAL PARTY, FAMILY AND MAIN EVENTS AT RECEPTION WITH DETAILED PICTURES OF PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE.
LUXURY COLLECTION: $1500 WITH FREE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

PHOTOS INCLUDE: BRIDAL PARTY DRESSING, MAKEUP AND HAIR, CEREMONY, FIRST LOOK, BRIDE AND GROOM, BRIDAL PARTY, FAMLY, FRIENDS AND MAIN EVENTS AT RECEPTION. ALL DETAILS!
**Whitney Watkins Photography holds the right to bill party if party exceeds alloted service hours. Additional hours can be purchased at the rate of $100 per hour.**
Method of Payment(s): $250 deposit with $100 payments monthly until paid in full. All payments are final. Whitney Watkins Photography holds a non-refundable policy. The $250 deposit goes towards your total package cost. Payment plans are welcomed under agreement. Payment can also be made in full during time of reservation. Whitney Watkins Photography holds a non-refundable policy on any payment made. Whitney Watkins Photography does not accept checks. Methods of payments can be made by; Cash, Venmo or FB pay.
Travel Expenses: All travel expenses are based on the distance between the EVENT location(s) and the Whitney Watkins Photography address that is based in Greenville, KY.
Event Schedule: The client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the EVENT(S). Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner. This includes location change or date of service.
Safety: Whitney Watkins Photography reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer from Whitney House Photography experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s); or in the event that the safety of the photographer is in question.
Responsibilities: Whitney Watkins Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the Whitney House Photography including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. Whitney Watkins Photography is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. Whitney Watkins Photography is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the EVENT(S). Whitney Watkins Photography will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the EVENT(S).
Post Production and Editing: The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Whitney House Photography. Galleries can take up to 8 weeks to produce. A gallery URL link will be provided. Gallery links are available up to 90 days and after 90 days the link will expire. Please download your gallery as soon as possible. All images are digital. Whitney Watkins Photography does not produce prints. All edits are FINAL. If you wish to not have any black and white photo's, please inform your photographer before your booking. If you wish to obtain an SD card with your digital images please add on SD package with your collection and/or you will have 24 hours after URL link is provided with final gallery to order.
Cancellations: Whitney Watkins Photography reserves the right to hold a non-returnable deposit and payment(s) made prior to EVENT(S). In the event of a cancellation client may reschedule or exchange package for equal amounts. Credits may be terminated if client does not communicate in a timely manner (7 days prior) to cancellation date service date in which communication policy will take place. *Exclusions may apply to cancelled services dates due to illness, weather and unexpected events. Please discuss cancellations with your photographer.
*Communication: Whitney Watkins Photography has the right to terminate any services at any time without refund IF Whitney Watkins attempts to call, text, email and private chat through Facebook with three or more attempts in a two week time frame and prior to service date agreement with lack of communication. This is rare, YOU are responsible for notifying Whitney Watkins Photography of all changes, wedding day itinerary with arrival and departure time of your photographer and to complete the mandatory Wedding Day Questionnaire. Lastly, if your wedding service date is cancelled and failure to notify photographer within 7 days prior to service date, all credits rewarded will be assumed as lack of communication policy (see cancellations policy).
