WEDDING COORDINATOR
As a wedding coordinator, I will make it my personal responsibility to make sure sure the wedding day is executed perfectly! I will oversee vendors, manage timeline for photos and events and overcome any last minute challenges that may arise during the festivities.
My goal as your wedding coordinator is to be your helping hand. Examples provided;
- Starting 4-8 weeks out from event, produce a timeline for event.
- Maintain relations with cake, floral, venue, entertainment, etc services to keep all itineraries on track and communicated properly.
- Review signed contracts and confirm logistics.
- Completes a final walk-through.
- Manages the rehearsal.
- Handle all unexpected happenstances.
- Ceremony site set up properly
- Reception site set up properly
- Rings are present
- Cue music for ceremony
- Direct guests to appropriate areas
- Keep candles lit / decor in tact / any missing items located.
