WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE FORM

Thank you for letting Whitney Watkins Photography celebrate with you on your big day! From years of experience, I have came to ask several brides these specific questions to help prepare me for the day of. I understand that you may be filling this out way prior to your big day and you may change your mind, and that's okay! This questionnaire just gives me an idea of what type of equipment such as lighting, lenses, and as your photographer what to expect. Color schemes and special details help me plan and map out your day of what areas I need focus myself on. One week prior to your wedding day, we will review these details in full and go over any changes.

*** This question is very important to answer truthfully. All families are different and my years of experience have taught me to ask this question so I know how to direct your family for the BEST family pictures for your wedding. It is okay if you have a lot of strong personalities, this question helps me to prepare. Please speak to me directly if you have issues with any certain family members that may be attending your wedding.

Some people do not like black and white photos, and that's okay! It just helps me with editing your photos and to provide you the best enhanced images. If you do like black and white, you will be provided the color image as well.
